JQ cut his finger on Monday and it was a very deep cut. It required 7 stitches and the doctor gave him a week's MC!! The accident happened at home while he was sharpening the mini chopper knife. He told me that he could actually see a layer of whitish thing inside and according to the doc, that was the fats tissue or something. That is how deep the cut is! The doc even carried out some finger moving tests to ensure the nerves was not cut! Anyway, it was a horrible accident, really gruesome recovery process. There were traces of the accident when I reached home. Blood on the tissue holder! Anyway, he is recovering well now and the size of the bandage around his finger is smaller by each visit to the doc. I'm going to throw away that gadget and get a safer one!

Hm... I really dun sharpen any knives.....
But hey! I think my knife set comes with a thin metal rod that should serve as a sharpener?
(It's much like a long metal filing tool, except that it's round rod instead of a flat metal spade. )
